Job Responsibilities
- Handle Daily Queries from travel agents and provide timely support.
- Resolve Portal Issues including login and account-related problems.
- Coordinate with Teams such as Reservation, Ticketing, Sales, and Accounts.
- Maintain Relationships with travel agents and ensure smooth communication.
- Handle Complaints and ensure timely solutions.
- Support Onboarding for new agents and provide basic portal guidance.
- Perform Assigned Duties as directed by management.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: front office support, front desk operations, call center operations, travel industry knowledge, customer inquiries handling, administration jobs, customer support
