- Respond to customer queries via live chat in a fast, polite and professional manner
- Handle multiple chat conversations at the same time while maintaining response time and quality standards
- Night shift: [9:00 PM – 7:00 AM] — candidates must be comfortable working overnight on a regular basis
- Work from office (Nikunja / Khilkhet), 6 days a week with rotating weekly off
