About the job

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and customer-focused individual to join our team as Customer Support Executive (Fashion & Beauty). You will be the voice of Ap.com.bd on our digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls for sales and support.
• Assist customers with product details, pricing, offers, and after-sales processes.
• Generate sales by converting leads and inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Solve issues related to delivery, product quality, and returns.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Upsell and cross-sell products through leads when applicable.
• Report trending issues and customer feedback to the marketing team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer queries and resolutions.
• Co-operate with different sales campaign.

Required Skills

• Experience working with Shopify based E-commerce businesses will be considered an added advantage.
• Experienced in tele sales and customer support will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows, including order-payment-fulfillment-delivery-return/refund processes.
• Strong verbal & Written communication skills.
• Fast typing and basic CRM knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 Years of experience as Customer support executive Proffered.
• Ability to Maintain high Customer Satisfaction and service quality.

Educational Requirements

• BBA/ Honours Running or completed.

Salary: 13000-15000
