Location: Bashing Point, Dhaka

আমাদের Facebook Page-এর Inbox ও Customer Messages handle করার জন্য একজন দায়িত্বশীল ও ভদ্র Customer Support Executive খুঁজছি।
Responsibilities:
- Facebook Page-এর Inbox/Message-এর reply দেওয়া
- Customer-এর প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া
- Product ও order-related information দেওয়া
- Customer-এর সাথে সুন্দর ও professional communication maintain করা
Requirements:
- ভালো communication skill
- Facebook Messenger ব্যবহারে দক্ষতা
- Customer-এর সাথে ভদ্রভাবে কথা বলার মানসিকতা
- দায়িত্বশীল ও সময়নিষ্ঠ
- Experience থাকলে ভালো, তবে Freshers-রাও apply করতে পারবেন
