Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints related to internet connectivity and billing issues
- Provide accurate information about company packages, pricing, and offers
- Coordinate with NOC and technical teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Maintain customer records and update information in the billing/CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback
- Assist customers with bill payments, package upgrades, and account-related requests
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and English
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of internet/networking services is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in rotational/flexible shifts including weekends if required
Salary: (Negotiable based on qualifications)
