Role Description: The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and online chat, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic support. The individual will assist customers with order placement, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, and product information, while documenting interactions and maintaining up-to-date records in support systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving complaints, escalating technical or complex issues when necessary, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Executive will collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to share customer feedback, improve processes, and contribute to a smooth, positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills for handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, including empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Candidates should possess Online Support capabilities, including experience with chat, email, social media, and e-commerce platforms.
• Candidates should possess basic Technical Support skills to assist with account access, website navigation, and order-related technical concerns.
• Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bangla and working proficiency in English.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple customer interactions at once.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with common office and CRM tools; prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or fashion is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess a customer-first attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Hours: 11 AM - 8 PM (Roster)- weekly one-day weekend.
