Role Description The Customer Service Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Khoksa Upazila. This position involves greeting and assisting customers, answering questions about products and services, and guiding customers through the sales process. The associate will handle inquiries in person and by phone, process orders and payments, and ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions. Daily tasks also include maintaining a clean and organized workspace, monitoring stock levels, and collaborating with team members to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. The role requires a professional, courteous approach and a commitment to resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a helpful, professional demeanor.
• Basic sales skills, such as understanding customer needs, explaining product features, and supporting closing of sales.
• Ability to handle cash and digital payments accurately, with attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer concerns calmly and effectively.
• Comfort working on-site in Khoksa Upazila and collaborating with a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy, including use of phones, point-of-sale systems, and simple office software.
• Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent; additional training in sales or customer service is an advantage.
