Customer Service Representative
- Eurasia Supplies are looking for a dedicated Collaborative Customer Care Executive.
- This job responsibilities include making contents, attracting new customers and assisting with product launches and events, improving knowledge of the product range, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns. You should be able to multitask and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customers experience
- Can manage social media communication smartly
- Is organized, a quick learner, and a problem solver
- Respond to customer inquiries via online messages and over the phone
- Provide after-sales support to gather important feedback from customers
- Assist Operations & Management team to run smooth business in daily tasks
- Must have good knowledge of Makeup, Skin care & Hair care
- Create content videos for social media
- Good knowledge of computer, and fast typing skills
- Ability to work with a team
- Learn how to organize content
- Handles customer management with empathy & confidence
- Experience: At most 1 year
