Customer Service Representative

Job position: - Customer Service Representatives.

Location: : 64 EFA Tower, 60 feet Road Mirpur (Close to Barek Mollah Road).

Job Requirement: -

1. MUST be Fluent in English!

2. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

3. Required Agent will have to work NIGHT SHIFT (8:00 PM-5:00 AM) from Office

4. HSC, O Level, A-Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline

5. Weekly 2 holidays (Saturday & Sunday)

6. You can earn more on top of your salary as a sales bonus.

Job Responsibilities: -

* Ask questions to understand customer requirements.

* Maintain a good relationship with them.

* Regular follow-up with existing/potential clients using Dialer.

* Must be knowledgeable about email & web chat.

* Report from time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.

Employment Status:

* Full-time.

* Work from Office

Experience Requirements:

* At least 1 or 2 year(s)

* Freshers are encouraged to Apply. The applicants who have experience in the following area(s) will get priority.

* Call Center, lead generation.

* E-Commerce / BPO

Salary range - 15,000 - 30,000
