Customer Service & Operations Assosiate

Advanced Manufacturing Group Ltd. (AMG) is looking for a Customer Service & Operations Associate (A2) to strengthen our Operations department, supporting the growing business of our key customer. The Associate will be tasked to manage the order process, and will be working closely with our customers, internal departments, as well as freight forwarders, material suppliers and footwear manufacturers.

Key will be the ‘Can Do’ approach and a results focused mindset, being able to work through vast amounts of information, and the ability to orchestrate operational activities in the most efficient manner.

Responsibilities :

PO Management:

• Own the execution of PO management process including purchase order creation (where applicable) and change management in accordance with business & customer requirements

• Collaborate with Material, QA , Planning , PD & vendors to ensure on time deliveries & new product development . Take proactive approach to mitigate risks & escalation of issues where required.

•Be contact point for customers queries, day-to-day resolutions management

•Communicate weekly updates on supply chain operations and financial activities.

Packaging & Labelling:

•Ensure packing and labelling guides are updated in collaboration with PD, Customers and implemented correctly with vendors.

•Manage label artworks (e.g., tongue labels, box labels, carton labels etc) correctly to ensure customers, destination compliance requirements.

Shipping:

•Ensure generation & maintenance of correct shipping documents (SI, SA, PL, PI & CI etc) in compliance with customers’ requirements.

•Coordinate with vendor – customer – forwarder for ensuring goods are booked , handed over on to CFS / CY.

Payment :

•Manage the financial accounts on dues and disbursement of customers and vendors .

•Coordinate with the finance team in CN, HK , SG for payment collection, and facilitate supplier disbursements.

•Management of payment documents aligned with customer & AMG guidelines.

Requirements :

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in BBA/ Engineering related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience

·       2-3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, planning, production experience.
