Xpeed Holiday Sdn. Bhd. is looking for 2 motivated interns to join our hospitality operations team in Demra, Dhaka, Bangladesh.

📌 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Customer Service Executive – Intern

📍 Location: Demra, Dhaka, Bangladesh

👥 𝐕𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲: 2

💰 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: BDT 10,000/month

⏳ 𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 3 months

📅 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐥𝐲 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲: Sunday

🕐 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐀: 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM

🕐 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐁: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Manage hotel reservations through Booking-com, Agoda, Expedia, and other OTAs

• Update and maintain reservations in hotel management software

• Communicate with guests via message, email, and phone

• Handle inquiries, reviews, cancellations, modifications, and guest requests

• Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure accurate reservation information

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Strong written and spoken English

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Basic computer and web-based software knowledge

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn

• 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞

Experience with OTAs or hotel reservation systems is an advantage but not required.

📈 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲:

This internship offers hands-on experience in hotel reservations, OTA management, and guest relations. 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩.
