We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic female Customer Service Executive who will also support our online marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and have a basic understanding of digital platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Manage and respond to online messages, comments, and leads
- Assist in online marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Maintain customer records and follow up with clients
- Support the sales team by converting leads into customers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction at all times
