- We are looking for individuals residing in and near the Uttara area.

- Communicate with customers in an informative manner, in keeping with the brand's voice and tone.
- Respond to customer inquiries on our Facebook and social media platforms regularly.
- Keep records of all conversations in the database comprehensively.
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Timely reporting of daily incoming and outgoing calls. Must follow communication "scripts" while dealing with customers. Will have to manage social media content for social media.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: bachelor of social science in anthropology
- Skills: retail management, customer inquiries handling, fashion retail, customer relations, customer service management
