Job Description
SST Corporation is looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about company products and services.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding queries, orders, and service requests.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain customer records, feedback, and service reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely solutions.
- Support the team in achieving customer service goals.
Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Sales, or a related field will be an advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Bengali.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
