FairCo Food Zone is one of the core program for ABSS Limited, working for ensureing safe food for the corporate offices for their meeting, training and workshops is dedicated to ensure safe food.
Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Officer role based in Jessore. Customer Relationship Officer will represent FairCo Food Zone and will be responsible for promoting it's different food items, different packages, and building brand awareness. Daily tasks include organizing and participating in events, fostering relationships with local stakeholders, delivering effective communication about the brand’s values, and providing exceptional customer service while actively contributing to the cooperative's mission of Fair Price Cooperative Marketplace and sustainability.
Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities
• Experience in sales and marketing, customer relationships management, corporate sales, brand ambassadorship and brand awareness activities
• Proficiency in customer service and developing positive relationships
• Ability to work on-site in Jessore and collaborate with a diverse range of corporate customers
• Self-motivation, organizational abilities, and adaptability to dynamic environment
• Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
