- Follow up and communicate with leads generated through Meta/Facebook Ads.
- Call prospective students, understand their study plans and provide relevant information.
- Professionally handle student queries received through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
- Counsel and convince prospective students to visit the office or schedule an appointment with our counsellors.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and ensure proper lead management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and prospective applicants.
- Provide basic information about study destinations, universities, admission requirements and application procedures.
- Experience: 1 year
- Education: bachelor of arts
- Skills: graduate recruitment, student recruitment, student recruiting, career guidance, marketing skills, global talent acquisition, recruiting
