- Supervise and manage the day-to-day activities of the Customer Care team.
- Ensure customers receive professional, timely, and effective service.
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and service-related issues and ensure proper resolution.
- Monitor and follow up on pending customer complaints and requests.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Guide, motivate, and support Customer Care Executives in their daily activities.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly customer care reports.
- Maintain proper records of customer complaints, inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer-related issues.
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend appropriate solutions to management.
- Ensure that company policies, procedures, and customer service standards are properly followed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
- Experience: 3-5 years
