Job Description
- Customer calls ও Live Chat পরিচালনা করা এবং customer-এর প্রশ্নের দ্রুত ও পেশাদারভাবে উত্তর দেওয়া।
- Customer complaints ও সমস্যার কার্যকর সমাধান করা।
- After-sales service নিশ্চিত করা।
- প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী company policy অনুসরণ করে customer issue handle করা।
- Customer satisfaction নিশ্চিত করতে নিয়মিত ও মানসম্মত service প্রদান করা।
- প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী customer-কে product/service সম্পর্কে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
Requirements
- অনার্স পড়ছেন অথবা অনার্স সম্পন্ন করেছেন এমন প্রার্থী।
- Customer Care/Call Center/সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে ন্যূনতম ৩–৬ মাসের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার। ফ্রেশাররাও আবেদন করতে পারবেন।
- বাংলা টাইপিং স্পিড: ন্যূনতম ২৫ WPM।
- Computer operation-এ ভালো দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
- ভালো communication skills থাকতে হবে।
- Problem-solving ও negotiation skills থাকতে হবে।
- চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
- Sales-oriented mindset থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার।
শিফটঃ
- সকাল ৮ টা থেকে ৫টা।
- সকাল ৯ টা থেকে ৬ টা।
- দুপুর ৩ টা থেকে রাত ১১ঃ৫৫ টা
