• BBA from any recognized university
• Minimum CGPA: 3.00
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Manage and maintain customer relationships
• Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp, Facebook and other channels
• Follow up with customers and resolve their issues
• Maintain customer information, notes and follow-up records in the CRM
• Identify inactive customers and take initiatives to re-engage them
• Build strong customer relationships and improve customer retention
• Coordinate with sales, support and operations teams
• Maintain regular customer follow-up and activity records
• Use AI tools to improve productivity, communication and daily workflow
• Perform other CRM-related tasks assigned by management

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Bangla and English
• Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini or similar tools
• Good computer and internet skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers through phone and digital platforms
• Positive attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Starting Salary: BDT 20,000/month
• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Weekly Holiday: 1 day
• Eid Bonus: 2 per year
• Each Eid Bonus: 50% of total monthly salary
