What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to develop creative concepts for rich media ads, web interfaces, and app user interfaces (UI).
• Translate design briefs into visually compelling assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Utilize industry-standard design software like Adobe Photoshop and explore the potential of AI design tools to enhance your workflow.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and ensure the quality and consistency of all visual elements.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices in the digital advertising space.
• A passion for visual storytelling and a strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of experience in visual design, ideally within a digital marketing agency or ad tech company.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in creating rich media ads, web UI, and app UI designs. (Attach your portfolio to your application!)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and a willingness to explore and leverage AI design tools.
• Excellent understanding of design principles and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear visuals.
