We are looking for a Creative & Visual Content Executive who thinks beyond traditional graphic design.

This is not a role for someone who only knows how to make posters, banners and social media posts. We are looking for someone who understands where creative work is heading and is willing to work across design, video, AI, digital content and visual storytelling.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts for social media, campaigns, advertisements and brand communication.
• Design high-quality digital creatives, promotional materials and marketing assets.
• Create and edit short-form videos, reels and other visual content.
• Use AI tools effectively for ideation, image generation, video creation, editing and creative experimentation.
• Explore new creative tools, platforms and techniques and bring useful ones into our workflow.
• Work with the marketing team to turn ideas, campaigns and business objectives into engaging visual content.
• Maintain consistency across brand visuals and digital communication.
• Adapt content for different platforms, formats and audiences.
• Take ownership of creative assignments from concept to final delivery.
• Stay updated with current design, video, social media and AI-driven content trends.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in graphic design, creative content, visual design or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva or equivalent tools.
• Practical understanding of video editing and short-form content creation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and the ability to use them productively.
• Strong visual sense and an actual urge to create, experiment and improve.
• Ability to think conceptually rather than simply execute instructions.
• Good understanding of social media content and digital advertising creatives.
• Ability to work on multiple types of creative projects without being restricted to one format.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your actual work.

We are particularly interested in people who can say:

If you can design, edit a video, generate or enhance visuals using AI, understand what works on social media, and continuously learn new tools, you will fit this role far better than someone who only has a list of software skills.

Salary: BDT 15,000 to 20,000 (Based on Experience)
