UrboArt Digital, a growing Media & Marketing Agency in Uttara, is hiring a Short-Form Video Editor.

If you can turn a talking-head clip into a scroll-stopping reel that people actually watch to the end — this role is for you.

🔎 Who We’re Looking For

An editor who deeply understands what makes short-form work:

✅ Hook edits that grab attention in the first 1–2 seconds

✅ Retention-focused pacing (you know why a viewer drops off, and how to stop it)

✅ Clean cuts that feel native to the feed — not overly designed

✅ Sharp captions/subtitles with rhythm and emphasis

✅ Tasteful motion graphics and text animations that enhance, not distract

✅ B-roll sourcing and integration

✅ Beat-synced cuts and sound design

✅ Solid grasp of 9:16, 1:1 and 16:9 delivery

🎯 Hard Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro (must)
• After Effects/CapCut (basic-to-intermediate motion graphics)
• Photoshop / Illustrator (asset prep)
• Basic colour correction and audio cleanup
• Fast, organised file management (Google Drive workflow)

💬 Soft Skills

• Strong command of English (reading, writing, listening — you’ll work off English briefs)
• Punctual and reliable — deadlines matter
• Responsive and easy to communicate with
• Detail-oriented, especially with captions and audio
• Open to feedback and iteration

💼 What You’ll Do

• Edit 15–60 second reels for talking-head creators, coaches, e-commerce brands and podcasters
• Work from clear editing briefs (we handle ideation, filming and strategy)
• Deliver a consistent editing style across a high volume of content
• Occasional multicamera podcast edits
• Grow into a senior/lead role as the team scales

• 20,000 – 25,000 BDT/month (based on experience)
