We are looking for a Scriptwriter who can turn complex ideas or viral internet trends into sharp, highly engaging, and thumb-stopping video scripts. If you know how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds, we want you on our team.

• The 2-Year Milestone: At least 2 years of professional experience writing scripts for digital video content (advertisements, social media campaigns, YouTube, TikTok/Reels, or infotainment channels).
• Trend Mastery: An innate ability to spot emerging, trending topics and quickly translate them into creative, relatable, and culturally relevant video concepts.
• The Art of the Hook: Master of writing killer intros/hooks, seamless transitions, and clear calls to action (CTAs) for bitesize formats.
• Visual Storytelling: Ability to write not just words, but visual and audio directions. You see the edit in your head while writing the words.
• Agility & Speed: A fast-thinking creative who can brainstorm, draft, and iterate scripts quickly without sacrificing quality.

• Research and pitch high-concept script ideas based on viral trends, news, pop culture, and client briefs.
• Write clear, engaging, and conversational scripts for 50-second to 10-minute video formats (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, Explainer Videos, and Digital Ads). 
• Collaborate closely with video editors, directors, and content creators to ensure the visual execution matches the script's intent. 
• A/B test hook variations and analyze video performance data to continuously improve script engagement rates.
