We’re Hiring: Creative Graphic Designer

Webcartisan is looking for a **Creative Graphic Designer** who understands modern design, brand consistency, and digital content.

Position: Creative Graphic Designer.

Salary: BDT 20,000–30,000 BDT (Salary will be determined based on skills, portfolio, and experience.)

Note: 70%–80% of the offered base salary will apply during the initial probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Create social media posts, banners, ads, and promotional designs
•  Design website graphics, blog banners, and marketing materials
•  Develop creative visual concepts based on content briefs
•  Maintain consistent branding across all platforms
•  Collaborate with the marketing and development teams
•  Resize and adapt designs for different digital platforms
•  Deliver clean, professional, and engaging visual content

Requirements:

• Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Good understanding of typography, color, layout, and composition
• Ability to create modern, clean, and creative designs
• Experience designing social media and digital marketing content
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and meet deadlines
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, motion graphics, or video editing will be an advantage
• Hands-on experience with AI tools
• UI/UX & Product Design: Demonstrated ability to design user-friendly interfaces for SaaS, web apps, software, and browser plugins.
