Company Description Mongol Deep Foundation was established out of a deep commitment to the arts and cultural expression. The organization promotes diverse forms of creativity, including theatre, poetry, dance, music, and thought-provoking debates that inspire new perspectives. Mongol Deep was founded by the sponsor directors of the Asiatic 360 group of companies and has been operating as a registered foundation since 2019. The foundation offers opportunities for individuals who are passionate about arts, culture, and social impact.

Role Description The Creative Executive will be responsible for developing and executing creative concepts that support Mongol Deep’s cultural programs and initiatives. This full-time, on-site position in Dhaka, Bangladesh involves coordinating events and campaigns, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to bring creative ideas to life. The role includes writing and designing content for various platforms, supporting branding activities, and monitor the organization’s social media platforms. The Creative Executive will also contribute to strategic discussions around programming, maintain project timelines and budgets, and ensure that all creative work aligns with the foundation’s values and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present creative ideas to diverse audiences.
• Understanding of Branding, including the ability to maintain and develop a consistent visual and narrative identity for the foundation.
• Solid Writing skills, with experience creating engaging content for campaigns, events, publications, or digital platforms.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop skills, with the ability to collaborate with designers or create visual materials using common design tools.
• Bachelor’s degree from any background, with at least 1 year practical professional experience.
• Demonstrated interest in arts, culture, and social issues, preferably with experience working in cultural organizations or creative agencies.

Salary range: BDT 25,000 - BDT 30,000
