JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;
Creative Design
- Develop creative concepts for brands, campaigns, and digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, and promotional materials.
- Create engaging visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with the Creative, Client Service, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, and creativity.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting, campaign structures, budgets, and media plans.
- Monitor CPM, CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and other key metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize performance.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and responsibly.
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor of fine arts in art history
- Skills: creative services, advertising agency, content creation & digital media, marketing skills, graphic design, motion graphic design, multimedia design, marketing c&aign management
