Creative Designer

Recruitment for a UK-based clothing brand looking for a skilled creative mind for the role of “Creative Designer” to craft impactful designs and visual storytelling in line with the brand’s aesthetic and identity.

Employment Type: Full-time (On-Site)

Location: 100 feet Road, Madani Avenue, Dhaka.

Responsibilities:

• Design creative for performance marketing campaigns from briefs provided by the Content Planners
• Create HTML email content designs for newsletters and sale campaigns.
• Apply the brand guidelines (colour, typography, layout, tone) consistently across every asset, and flag anything that drifts
• Study how leading international fashion and retail brands build their visuals (campaign layouts, editorial typography, product photography, e-commerce and email design) and apply that thinking to our work

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in a creative design role, preferably within fashion, retail, or a related industry
• Graduation from a reputed university
• Strong command of industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)
• Comfortable with retouching and colour grading; able to hold one consistent tone across a set of images
• A precise eye: alignment, spacing, typography, and colour matter to you
• Deep understanding of brand identity systems and the ability to develop, enforce, and evolve brand guidelines, and a keen eye for detail, international design trends, and fashion aesthetics
• A portfolio showing paid social creative, email design, or fashion/retail work.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills

Salary Range: 30,000 - 35,000 BDT based on experience.
