Courier Coordinator

Job Description

• Previous experience in Courier, E-commerce, or Logistics Operations is required
• Must have practical experience working with courier companies such as Pathao, RedX, Steadfast, ParcelX, or similar services
• Must have a good understanding of parcel management, delivery tracking, and return management
• Coordinate daily courier operations and parcel movement
• Monitor parcel booking, delivery, pending, and return status
• Follow up on delayed and failed deliveries
• Coordinate with courier companies to resolve operational issues
• Monitor and manage returned parcels
• Maintain daily courier reports and basic operational data
• Communicate and coordinate with internal teams regarding courier operations
• Identify operational issues and take quick action to resolve them

Job Requirements

• Preferred degrees are H.S.C.
• Experience must be within 1-2 years.
• Minimum HSC qualification
• Relevant courier/logistics experience is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work under pressure
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
