- Previous experience in Courier, E-commerce, or Logistics Operations is required
- Must have practical experience working with courier companies such as Pathao, RedX, Steadfast, ParcelX, or similar services
- Must have a good understanding of parcel management, delivery tracking, and return management
- Coordinate daily courier operations and parcel movement
- Monitor parcel booking, delivery, pending, and return status
- Follow up on delayed and failed deliveries
- Coordinate with courier companies to resolve operational issues
- Monitor and manage returned parcels
- Maintain daily courier reports and basic operational data
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams regarding courier operations
- Identify operational issues and take quick action to resolve them
- Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Education: H.S.C
- Skills: Logistics, Logistics Coordination, E-Commerce, Office 365, Excel proficiency
