Country Manager - Technical Enzymes (Bangladesh)

Role Description : The Country Manager – Technical Enzymes (Bangladesh) will lead Epygen Labs’ technical enzyme business in Dhaka, overseeing operations, teams, customer support, and market development. The role will drive technical projects from evaluation to deployment, collaborate with R&D and global teams, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and deliver sustainable solutions aligned with Epygen’s standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to interpret technical data, evaluate process performance, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Leadership & Team Management : Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams within a dynamic industrial environment.
• Technical & Application Expertise : Experience providing technical support, preferably in enzymes, biotechnology, industrial chemicals, or process technologies, including customer application support and troubleshooting.
• R&D & Project Management Experience : Demonstrated capability in managing pilot trials, product customization, process optimization, technical evaluations, and implementation projects.
• Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific or engineering discipline.
• Industrial Sector Knowledge : Understanding of industrial applications, particularly Textiles, Garments, Detergents, or other process-driven industries.
• Communication & Presentation Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage technical, commercial, and senior-level stakeholders. Fluency in English and Bengali is essential.
