The Opportunity

We have built a strong foundation, and we are now looking for our next Country Director to lead the next phase of our evolution — accelerating sustainable growth, strengthening organizational capability and positioning us as Bangladesh's leading social healthcare enterprise.

This is a CEO-level leadership opportunity. You will lead a complex organization that balances purpose with performance, ensuring that every improvement in organizational effectiveness enables us to reach more women with high-quality care.

Who We're Looking For

You are an accomplished executive who enjoys building organizations, developing people and delivering sustainable results. You understand that commercial sustainability and social impact reinforce one another.

You may come from:

• Healthcare or hospital leadership
• Social enterprise
• Purpose-driven organizations
• Consumer services or other complex service organizations

The successful candidate must have the right to live and work in Bangladesh.

You'll bring:
