Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Counselor – UK Destination role based in Sylhet Sadar Upazila. The Counselor will guide prospective students through the process of applying to UK educational institutions, including assessing academic profiles, explaining study options, and recommending suitable courses and universities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate student records, supporting application and visa documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and overseas partners. The role involves organizing and participating in events, workshops, and information sessions, as well as following up with students to ensure a smooth journey from initial interest to enrollment. The Counselor is expected to uphold high standards of service, comply with relevant policies and procedures, and contribute to team targets and overall branch performance.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand student aspirations and provide clear, ethical guidance on UK study options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident spoken and written English and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Solid organizational and administrative abilities, such as managing multiple cases, maintaining accurate records, and meeting deadlines.
• Customer service mindset, with demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality, student-focused support in an education or service environment.
• Good knowledge or willingness to develop expertise in UK education systems, entry requirements, application processes, and visa regulations.
• Competence with digital tools and CRM or student management systems, and comfort working with online platforms and virtual communication channels.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to work on-site in Sylhet Sadar Upazila, collaborate in a team setting, and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
