We are looking for dedicated, goal-orientated counselling & sales executives to handle student enquiries for higher education in India/Malaysia/South Korea/Italy and other countries.
You will focus on qualifying leads, screening student documents, and converting prospective applicants.
- Student Counselling & Conversion: Call prospective students/parents over the phone and WhatsApp to explain university options, courses, fee structures, and scholarship opportunities in India.
- Lead Screening & File Filtering: Evaluate student academic records (SSC/HSC/Bachelor's) to filter genuine, eligible candidates and maintain high-quality file processing targets.
- Follow-up & Closing: Maintain regular contact with leads, resolve queries regarding admissions, and guide them to submit required documents for university offer letters.
- Database Management: Keep accurate daily logs of student communications, file status, and follow-up schedules in the system.
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Education: bachelor of social science
- Skills: student recruitment, student counseling, career counseling, telesales, education counseling, sales hiring, education consulting, student recruiting, international student advising, sales support
