Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door and field visits to identify and approach potential corporate clients.
- Generate new leads through field visits, phone calls, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Visit companies, offices, and business organizations to introduce Nextjobz’s services.
- Arrange and conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
- Promote nextjobz’s recruitment, job posting, CV database, headhunting, and HR solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and other required documents.
- Negotiate with clients and close sales deals as per company policy.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients regarding job postings, recruitment requirements, payments, and renewals.
- Update client information, sales activities, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM/system.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Willingness to work in the field and conduct regular client visits.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years
- Education: Bachelor in any discipline
