We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals to strengthen our Corporate Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities.
• Generate leads and acquire new B2B clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business negotiations.
• Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally.
• Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure service quality standards.
• Prepare customer experience and client engagement reports.

• Experience: 3+ years
• Education: bachelor of business administration (bba)
