We are looking for a creative, organized, and client-focused Copywriting and Social Media Executive who can craft compelling content, coordinate social media publishing, build strong client relationships, and support our business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging captions, social media copy, website content, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all content aligns with each client's brand voice and marketing objectives.
• Generate creative content ideas for campaigns and social media.
• Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Maintain monthly content calendars for multiple client accounts.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and the marketing team to ensure timely content delivery.
• Attend client meetings and understand client requirements.
• Maintain professional communication with clients regarding content approvals, project updates, and campaign progress.
• Assist in preparing company profiles, presentations, proposals, and pitch decks for prospective clients.
• Contribute ideas for improving client engagement and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, digital marketing, or client servicing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing trends.
• Experience in proposal writing, presentation development, or business communication.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools is an advantage.
