Role Overview

The Copywriter cum Content Strategist will be responsible for developing content ideas, planning content, writing creative and persuasive copy, and supporting marketing campaigns across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be able to think beyond simply "visualizing & writing content"—understanding the audience, objective, message, platform, and desired action behind every piece of content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content ideas and concepts
• Create content strategies and content plans for campaigns and digital platforms
• Write compelling copy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, websites, landing pages, advertisements, and other platforms
• Develop campaign concepts, creative hooks, headlines, taglines, CTAs, scripts, captions, and promotional copies
• Write persuasive copy for courses, training programs, events, and marketing campaigns
• Convert complex ideas into simple, engaging, and audience-friendly communication
• Research audiences, trends, competitors, and relevant industry topics to generate fresh content ideas
• Collaborate with the Marketing, L&D, Creative, Sales, and Business Development teams
• Develop content ideas for Reels, short-form videos, carousels, static posts, campaigns, and long-form content
• Contribute to monthly and campaign-based content calendars
• Adapt content tone and messaging according to different audiences and platforms
• Review and improve existing content based on performance and audience response
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and communication standards

Educational Qualification

• Graduation from any discipline
• Background in Marketing, English, Media & Communication, Journalism, Business, or related fields will be an advantage

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong creative copywriting skills
• Excellent command of Bangla and English
• Strong understanding of social media content and digital marketing
• Ability to write both creative and conversion-focused copy
• Creative, curious, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of practical experience in Copywriting, Content Writing, Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
• Experience in EdTech, Training, Education, Agency, or service-based organizations will be an advantage
