Job Title: Copywriter (Bilingual Translator)

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Copywriter (Bilingual Translator) for a long-term collaboration. The ideal candidate is a native speaker of Bengali with excellent English proficiency and at least 2-3 years of professional experience translating and adapting content from English into Bengali.

This role is ideal for someone who combines linguistic excellence with creativity, cultural awareness, and strong writing skills. Experience in the financial industry, digital marketing, and SEO is highly desirable.

As part of a globally recognised financial brand, you will contribute to a wide variety of content initiatives that support customer acquisition, engagement, and brand growth across multiple markets.

What You'll Do

Translate, Localise & Adapt Content

• Create high-quality, engaging, and culturally relevant content from English into Bengali, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and a strong brand voice across:
• Websites, landing pages, and mobile applications
• Country-specific campaigns and promotions
• Client communications and lifecycle content
• Corporate and product-related materials
• Social media content
• Multimedia and video-related content
• Marketing and advertising assets (textual and visual)
• Financial and investing-related articles
• Client registration and onboarding journeys

Support Content Performance

• Adapt content to local market expectations and cultural nuances
• Maintain consistency across all communication channels
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour
• Contribute insights that help optimise content effectiveness and engagement

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Bengali.
• Excellent command of English
• Minimum 3 years of professional translation, localisation, or content writing experience
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelors in Relevant Field.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the financial services or fintech industry
• Digital marketing experience
• SEO knowledge and content optimisation skills
• Familiarity with localisation best practices and multilingual content workflows
