Copy & Content Writer.

The ideal candidate possesses a passion for writing and an innovative ability to create successful marketing campaigns and aid in creating company growth. You will be responsible for generating exciting and compelling stories on both digital and print sources of media. 

Responsibilities

• Core Copywriting: Write engaging copy for social media, websites, landing pages, digital ads, and email campaigns.
• Product Content: Develop persuasive product descriptions, promotional materials, and value messaging.
• Video Scripts: Create scripts for video advertisements, promotional campaigns, and multimedia content.
• Brand Governance: Maintain brand tone, messaging guidelines, and editorial standards across all channels.
• Long-Form & SEO Content: Write SEO-optimized blogs, case studies, and thought leadership articles to boost organic reach.
• Performance & Research: Research industry trends and competitor content, analyzing key metrics to optimize campaign performance.
• Team Leadership & Editing: Review and edit team content for accuracy and quality, mentoring junior writers.
• Strategy & Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams on campaign planning and content strategy.
• Operational Adaptability: Perform additional duties, revisions, or shifting tasks as required by evolving business and company demands. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Film and Media Studies, Dramatics Department, Business, or any subject & related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or digital marketing.
• Excellent Bangla and English writing skills.
• Understanding of consumer psychology and marketing communication.
• Experience writing sales-focused content.

Salary & Benefits:

• BDT 30,000 – 40,000.
• 1 holiday per week.
• Other benefits as per company policy.

Job Location: Dhanmondi 27, Dhaka.

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
