- Conduct factory visits at least twice a week, focusing on production, administration, and compliance with systems and specific instructions from the Chairman.
- Manage document flow, including receiving documents from units, arranging for Chairman’s approval/signature, and ensuring timely return.
- Communicate and convey the Chairman’s instructions to factory management clearly, professionally, and effectively.
- To organize meetings & interviews of the Hon`ble Chairman by maintaining a Calendar of Events & Activities.
- To collect Business Intelligence Report from various sources and provide the same to the Hon`ble Chairman for his observation, advice & guidance.
- To ensure proper liaison & coordination management with various Business Concerns of Labib Group
- Other jobs & responsibilities as instructed by the Hon`ble Chairman from time to time.
- Experience: 5 years
- Education: master of business administration in human resource management
- Skills: responsibilities, client liason, office procedures, company secretarial work, directors duties, board level, administrative tasks
