- Manage MD's calendar, meetings, travel and appointments.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports and minutes.
- Follow up on action points and ensure timely closure.
- Draft correspondence, internal memos and external communications.
- Compile MIS reports (sales, production, raw material procurement, inventory).
- Analyze data and highlight variances or performance gaps.
- Prepare board meeting and management review reports.
- Monitor ongoing projects (plant expansion, new product launches etc.).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Good communication and report writing ability.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and follow-up skills.
- Education: Minimum Graduation/BBA from any reputed institution.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Management Coordination, MIS or Operation support
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Education: Minimum Graduation/BBA from any reputed institution.
