Manage the whole production floor & ensure fabric quality, quantity as well as safe work environment.
- Follow up the operator and production floor.
- Make the final decision regarding any dye lot in absence of immediate supervisor.
- Ensure the better productivity of Dyeing and finishing through reducing downtime.
- Ensure the good quality fabric according to the Gildan standard.
- Make sure that all operators are working according to the SOP.
- Keep the workplace clean and safe to reduce accident.
- Ensure the scanning of production in JDE system.
- Ensure the daily route sheet filling of production and downtime.
- Support to meet the production target with all KPI.
- Ensure to fill all the GQS format.
- Must inform to immediate supervisor if any problem occur in the production floor.
- Perform any other operation-related function indicated by immediate supervisor.
- Experience: 5 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: garment production, technical knowledge of garment production, garment manufacturing, garment industry knowledge, daily operations management, garment finishing, daily operations, production management
