Role

The Coordinator will support ArchBiz on a part-time, issue-based basis, coordinating editorial, marketing, communication, and operational tasks for each monthly issue and selected projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with writers, contributors, partners, and clients.
• Follow up on articles, images, advertisements, and other materials.
• Maintain basic schedules, records, and databases.
• Assist with editorial, marketing, events, and special projects.
• Support smooth coordination to meet issue deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Good command of English; Bangla proficiency preferred.
• Basic knowledge of media, publishing, marketing, or the AEC/real estate sector.
• Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Relevant academic background or prior coordination experience is preferred.

Work Arrangement

• Part-time, issue-based engagement. Work will primarily be coordinated from Dhaka, with home-office flexibility possible depending on responsibilities and workflow.
