DESIGN MATRIX manages factory selection, pricing, material sourcing, production planning, and quality assurance to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery. A dedicated team of independent quality controllers monitors production daily to uphold customer quality requirements.

Role Description The Coordinator role at DESIGN MATRIX is a full-time, on-site position based in Mirpur DOHS,Dhaka. This role supports daily operational activities across merchandising, supplier communication, and order execution to ensure that customer requirements are met accurately and on time. The Coordinator will assist to Managing Director daily basis. she will co ordinate MD's requrment work with Team's.

Qualifications

• Strong coordination and organizational skills, including task tracking, documentation, and follow-up across multiple orders and stakeholders.
• Effective communication skills for professional interaction with suppliers, Team and MD
• Basic knowledge of apparel production processes, garment industry operations, or merchandising workflows is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Dhaka, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Comfort with using office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, email, shared databases) to maintain records and reports.
• Previous experience in coordination roles within apparel, textiles, trading, or related fields is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Apparel Merchandising, Supply Chain, or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to ethical business practices and an understanding of basic social compliance and quality standards in the garment industry.
