Role Description The COO E-commerce Automobile role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The individual in this role will oversee end-to-end operations for the e-commerce automobile business, including strategic planning, process optimization, and performance management. Daily responsibilities include managing operational workflows, supervising cross-functional teams, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, logistics, customer service, and technology. The COO will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business plans, manage budgets, and drive sustainable growth while maintaining high standards of compliance, quality, and customer experience. This role also involves analyzing market trends, improving operational efficiency, and implementing best practices to support scalable and profitable e-commerce operations.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic decision-making for e-commerce and automotive operations.
• Proven expertise in Operations Management, including process improvement and cross-functional team leadership.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for performance monitoring, data-driven insights, and operational optimization.
• Solid understanding of Finance and Budgeting to manage costs, forecast revenue, and support financial planning.
• Experience in e-commerce, automotive, or retail industries, preferably in a senior leadership or COO-level role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site with diverse teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Relevant academic background in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
