- Conduct on-site inspection of Air Conditioning (AC) and UPS installation, servicing, and maintenance work performed by vendors at customer facilities to verify compliance with the Company's technical, quality, and safety standards.
- Travel extensively across various districts and regions of Bangladesh to cover customer and vendor sites as per the assigned schedule.
- Liaise directly with vendors and customers to coordinate site visits, inspection timelines, and issue resolutions.
- Verify installation and service of AC and UPS systems.
- Identify non-conformities, deviations, or quality gaps in vendor work on AC and UPS systems and report findings with supporting documentation.
- Prepare and submit inspection reports, checklists, and site visit summaries using Excel and other reporting tools in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update inspection data, vendor performance records, and site visit trackers in Excel.
- Follow up with vendors on corrective actions and re-inspect as required to confirm resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, vendor performance, and customer feedback.
- Experience: 3-6 years
- Education: diploma in electronics engineering
- Skills: equipment inspection, facility inspection, machinery inspection, quality inspection, mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, site inspections, subcontractor supervision, site supervision, field service engineering
