📢 Hiring: Contingent Workforce Operations & HRIS Specialist

Reliance Partners (C&T Group) is looking for a Contingent Workforce Operations & HRIS Specialist with hands-on experience in invoice reconciliation, HRIS data auditing, discrepancy resolution, and worker lifecycle management. Workday and contingent workforce experience is a strong advantage.

🟦 If you are experienced in using Workday or HRIS platforms for auditing and managing workforce data, particularly for contractors or staffing-agency workers, coordinating with staffing agencies, and having experience in the areas below, join with us:

🟦 BASIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

● Managing and maintaining accurate contingent worker and workforce data in HRIS platforms, ensuring records are complete, current, and properly maintained.

● Conducting regular HRIS data auditing and workforce data audits, validating information across multiple sources, identifying missing or inconsistent data, and ensuring records are accurate.

● Reconciling staffing agency invoices against timesheets, worker records, rates, contracts, and related workforce data to identifying discrepancies and ensuring billing accuracy.

● Investigating data, invoice, and workforce discrepancies, identifying root causes, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, and ensuring issues are properly corrected and documented.

● Processing and maintaining worker lifecycle changes, including onboarding, manager or job changes, allocations, rate changes, contract extensions, transfers, and offboarding/termination.

● Working closely with staffing agencies, HR, Operations, managers, and other stakeholders to verifying worker information, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate workforce records.

● Maintaining clear documentation and audit trails for reconciliations, data corrections, approvals, and worker changes, and preparing accurate workforce reports and trackers.

● Identifying opportunities to improve workforce data accuracy, reconciliation processes, HRIS workflows, and overall operational efficiency.

🟦 SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:

● Hands-on experience with Workday / SAP SuccessFactors / ADP Workforce Now / ADP / Dayforce / UKG / Contingent Workforce Management platforms is a big advantage.
