Content & Digital Marketing Intern

Craftsman is a premium leather footwear and accessories brand, and home to Elfe — our ladies' line of bags, ballerinas and sandals. We're looking for a creative, innovative intern to join our Branding & Marketing team.

Location : Full-time, Head Office, Dhaka | Factory visits approx. 2 times a month with team.

What you'll do -

·    Generate fresh, innovative content ideas and follow current trends

·    Assist the team in content creation — scripting, shoot support, basic editing and Canva creatives

·    Prepare mood boards for content and campaign planning

·    Schedule and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok

·    Help grow followers and engagement on the Craftsman and Elfe pages

·    Support brand-building with consistent tone, visuals and storytelling

·    Join factory visits and share design inspiration for bags, shoes and accessories

·    Handle customer messages and calls, and confirm orders before dispatch

·    Perform sales data entry, maintain records and assist in daily/monthly reporting

·    Coordinate work orders with the factory and follow up until delivery

·    Support the team in any ongoing task and any work assigned by management

What we're looking for -

·    Basic knowledge of social media platforms and Canva

·    Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

·    Creative and innovative mindset with strong attention to detail

·    Good communication skills in both English and Bangla

·    Must be a team player

·    Willingness to visit the factory regularly

·    Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
