- Lead the organization’s creative direction and digital content strategy, ensuring consistency with brand identity.
- Develop and execute monthly social media and digital content plans across relevant platforms.
- Conceptualize and develop integrated campaigns, creative concepts, and briefs.
- Manage and oversee content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Establish content priorities, production timelines, and publishing schedules.
- Lead and coordinate the work of reporters, designers, photographers/videographers, and video editors.
- Provide clear creative briefs and ensure content meets quality, brand, and communication standards.
- Review and approve final content before publication.
- Monitor content performance, audience engagement, and platform analytics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Coordinate digital campaigns and paid media requirements with external agencies and vendors where applicable.
- Manage and deliver digital content requirements for partners and sponsors.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends, platform developments, content formats, and audience behaviors.
- Experience: 4-7 years
