Kholosh is hiring: Content Creator & Graphic Designer (Social Media)

Hybrid, Dhaka

Kholosh makes premium custom phone cases, and we move fast. New drops, new colourways, new formats to test, often in the same week. We're looking for one person to own how the brand shows up online: shooting it, designing it, posting it, and talking to the people who reply.

What you'll do

• Shoot and edit daily content: product shots, reels, behind-the-scenes, UGC-style clips
• Design creatives for posts, stories, and campaigns
• Run our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok end to end: planning, captions, scheduling
• Reply to comments and DMs, and route real customer questions back to the team
• Test ideas fast, read what worked, and build the next week around it

What we're looking for

• A real visual eye. Your portfolio matters far more than your CV.
• Able to work in Canva and CapCut. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be comfortable enough to take something from idea to finished post.
• Proactive. You pitch ideas instead of waiting for a brief, and you ship without being chased.
• Willing to learn. We'll teach you the tools and the analytics side, but you have to want to pick it up.
• Genuinely online. You spot trends before they peak here, and you know which ones a phone case brand can actually use.
• Some hands-on experience making content or running accounts. Personal projects and side pages count. No agency background needed.

What you're walking into

A small team where nobody has to ask permission to try something. If you want to test a format, run it. If it works, we scale it. If it doesn't, we learn something and move on. We're growing, and we'd rather grow with someone than hire around them: the content you make moves the sales number directly, and your pay moves with it. As the brand gets bigger, so does the role and what it pays.

• BDT 15,000/month base salary, plus a performance-based commission on sales
• Full-time, hybrid, flexible hours. We care about output, not desk time
• Based in Dhaka
